Record daily sales and reconcile with POS system and bank deposits
Ensure accurate recording of cash, card, and digital payments
Monitor inventory movement and perform stock audits
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report variances
Track vendor payments and customer dues
Ensure timely processing of bills and invoices
Maintain petty cash records
Track and reimburse store-level expenses
Regularly reconcile store's bank statements
Prepare profit & loss statements, sales reports, and financial summaries
Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local tax regulations
Support audits (internal/external) with documentation and reports
