We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accountant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GST-related documentation, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and assisting with customer coordination and sales activities
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and record
GST purchase and sales invoices
accurately.
Prepare
quotations
and maintain
maintenance and service records
.
Track and update
customer payments
and follow up regularly for outstanding dues.
Manage
WhatsApp broadcasts
and basic customer communication for service updates.
Support
sales team
with cold calling and basic lead follow-ups when required.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and administrative records.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
or equivalent.
1-3 years
of relevant experience preferred. (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.)
Working knowledge of
Tally / Excel / GST filing
.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Schedule:
Day shift | Monday to Saturday
