Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and general accounting principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Process payroll and maintain employee expense records
Manage invoicing and monitor collections
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Work with external auditors and ensure the timely completion of audits
Use QuickBooks and Zoho Books to manage financial data and generate reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and analysis
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 + years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation
Experience in financial reporting and cash flow management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of audit procedures and internal controls.
