About the Role:

Step into the dynamic world of finance as an Accountant at NES Fircroft. Be at the heart of our regional financial operations, ensuring precision and compliance in financial processes, control, and reporting. With opportunities to manage management accounts, statutory compliance, and accounts payable, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Management Accounts:

Prepare and analyze cost of sales and P&L reports, ensuring insights are actionable and align with forecasts.

Accounts Reconciliation:

Maintain control of the balance sheet through meticulous weekly reconciliations.

Accounts Payable:

Ensure smooth and timely supplier payments and actively optimize cash flow.

Compliance Excellence

: Support audits with clean, timely financial statements and ensure tax compliance across all local regulations.

Cross-Functional Support

: Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams for holistic financial oversight.

Ad-hoc Reporting:

Deliver precise and timely financial data as required.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Professiona

l: 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Qualified Talent:

CA (Final/Inter) or MBA in Finance with a strong academic foundation.

Tech-Savvy

: Proficient in ERP systems like SAP or Navision, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).

Self-Motivated:

Independently driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Detail-Oriented

: Accurate, reliable, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
