Madam Chocolate is a premium dessert and gelato brand dedicated to crafting high-quality, indulgent treats using the finest ingredients. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accuracy in all aspects of accounting and compliance within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee all accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and reconciliations. Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and petty cash management. Track and manage stock and cost of goods sold (COGS) in alignment with F&B costing methods. Coordinate with management on budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis. Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are filed accurately and on time. Work closely with auditors and tax consultants during financial reviews. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory control, and POS system integration. Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:

Experience handling accounts for cafes, restaurants, or dessert brands. Knowledge of payroll and vendor reconciliation. Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Salary: Based on experience and skill level.
