The role involves visiting our office
once a week
to update books, reconcile reports, and ensure smooth accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile e-commerce sales, returns, and commissions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Maintain accounting entries in
Tally
or other relevant software
Prepare GST reports and assist with filing
Handle vendor and customer payment reconciliation
Generate monthly financial summaries
Coordinate with management for reports and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in
E-commerce Accounting
Strong knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and
Tally
Ability to analyze e-commerce reports and reconcile transactions
Good communication and time management skills
Available to work
once a week
on-site in Bangalore
Working Hours:
Once a week (Flexible day and time)
Duration: 3-4 hours per visit (approx.)
