Job Title: Accountant



Experience: 1-3 Years



Location: Bangalore

Process invoices weekly with 99% accuracy using a two-bill system specific to Property Management. Record Revenue, Credit Card Purchases, and Other Transactions as needed. Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting process to ensure all transactions are recorded with accuracy. Become proficient in client software, AppFolio. Accurately process transactions in property management client versions of AppFolio. Ensure accounting best practices and company policies are maintained. Attend and participate in training sessions. Maintain the confidentiality of client and customer information. Interface with others at all levels (franchisees, associates, and executives) in a professional manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Comfortable with the shift timing of 12pm to 8 pm.


Education & Experience:

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree "GED" Experience: 1-3 years
