Finance/Accounting Executive (Remote - Women Restart Program)

We are seeking a skilled

Finance/Accounting Executive

with hands-on experience in

Zoho Books

to join our remote team. This role is part of our

career restart program for women

who are looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using

Zoho Books

. Handle

accounts payable & receivable

, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Perform

bank reconciliations

and resolve discrepancies. Prepare

financial statements

(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Support

budgeting, forecasting, and audits

. Generate management reports and provide insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards and regulations

. Safeguard confidentiality and follow ethical accounting practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an

Accountant/Finance Executive

, with strong knowledge of

Zoho Books

. Solid understanding of

accounting principles and practices

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and other accounting tools. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a

remote setup

. Stable internet connection and suitable home office environment. Prior remote work experience is a plus.
