Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role requires handling various administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, invoicing, and expense management. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, reconciliations, and audits. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the office. Support other departments with financial insights and help streamline processes for efficiency. Liaise with external stakeholders as needed for financial or operational matters. Assist in overseeing internal projects, coordinating with different teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting and financial management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments.
