Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciling accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and grow their career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports. Support the senior accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documentation. Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations, including filing and maintaining accounting records. Ensure timely processing of all financial transactions and entries in accounting software. Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and documents. Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Participate in any special accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

A Graduation degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and equivalent work 1-2 Year experience. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (Advanced skills are a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of accounting any software.
