As an Accounting and Auditing Assistant, you will provide on-demand support for bookkeeping, financial data analysis, and auditing tasks. You will work closely with clients to ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

:

Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. Conduct preliminary audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Support in tax filing and compliance processes. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records. Collaborate with clients and auditors to provide necessary documentation. Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.

Required Skills

:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of auditing procedures and practices is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage. Prior experience in accounting or auditing is beneficial.
