1.Good knowledge in Accounting & Tally Erp 9 software
2. Manage the company's financial accounts, including processing Invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparing
financial reports
3.Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
4.Handle payroll processing, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and taxes
5.Manage employee benefits and insurance programs.
6.Handle recruitment and on boarding processes, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and issuing employment contracts
7. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, preparing reports, and reconciling payments
8.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
9.Handle employee relations issues and grievances
10.Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
11.Maintain employee records and databases
12.GST Filing & Other All basic accounting Investors.
13.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
