Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Perform bookkeeping activities, including data entry, invoicing, and voucher processing.
Assist in ledger management and bank reconciliations.
Track and record receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries when required.
Ensure timely filing and organisation of accounting documentation.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline.
Prior experience or practical knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping.
