Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally or similar software
Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements
Manage petty cash and cash flow statements
Coordinate with auditors during audits
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments
Prepare reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and MIS as required
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and tax regulations
