Living Cultures is a premium interior design company offering end-to-end turnkey solutions--from civil work to interior decor. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Accountant to handle A to Z accounting functions, vendor management, billing, GST compliance, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing Prepare and manage client invoices Track and follow up on receivables

Vendor & Payment Management Handle vendor payments and reconcile accounts Maintain and track vendor ledgers Inventory & Stock Control Manage stock records of materials and site supplies Coordinate with procurement and ensure inventory accuracy GST & Tax Compliance File monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns Maintain GST records and reconcile input/output Financial Reporting Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and cash flow statements Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits Payroll Management Process monthly salaries and maintain employee records Handle TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances if applicable Daily Accounting Operations Manage daily data entry in Tally Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience (interior or project-based firm preferred) Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST portals Good knowledge of inventory management and vendor accounting Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to manage end-to-end accounts independently
