accurate data entry of sales and purchase transactions in Tally
, along with maintaining digital and physical records in line with our compliance and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily sales and purchase entries in Tally with accuracy
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, GST details, and invoice documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to verify transaction details and approvals
Assist in reconciling bank statements and petty cash reports
Support monthly closing and compliance reports (GST, TDS, etc.)
Organize bills, vouchers, and digital files for audits and internal reviews
Requirements
Basic knowledge of
Tally ERP
or Tally Prime
Minimum
1 year experience
in accounting or data entry roles
Familiarity with GST entries and invoice formats preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹195,000.00 per year
