Accountant with 2+ year of work experience required in a Jewellery Organisation located at Malad, Mumbai

- Maintain Books of Accounts in Tally, handle day-to-day accounting and jewellery-related accounting entries

- Prepare and update daily accounts , sales/purchase entries, and share regular reports with senior management

- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile vendor, customer & bullion accounts

- Handle GST working including GSTR-2A reconciliation, and assist with GSTR-1/3B & Annual Return

- Prepare MIS reports in Excel related to stock, sales, purchase, gold movement, and profitability

- Manage petty cash, oversee online payments, vendor payouts, and banking transactions

- Assist with TDS workings and filing (Form 24Q, 26Q), and generation of Form 16/16A

- Maintain inventory records of gold, diamonds, and finished jewellery as per internal controls

- Coordinate with auditors for periodic stock verification and financial review*

Salary up to Rs 35,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
