Job Description

Financial Record Keeping:

Accurately recording all financial transactions and maintaining subsidiary accounts.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

Budget Management:

Creating and managing budgets, providing financial forecasts, and analyzing expenses.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and other financial rules and regulations.

Financial Analysis:

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights for decision-making.

Cost Management:

Identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Payment Processing:

Reviewing contracts, processing payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Payroll Management:

Managing payroll functions and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Skills and Qualifications:

Financial Accounting Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial reporting.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
