Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and company books (Tally, Excel, or accounting software).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor/client payments.
Support audits and liaise with CA and finance consultants.
Payroll & Salary Management
Process monthly salaries for all employees on time.
Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related inputs.
Handle statutory deductions like EPF, ESI, and TDS (if applicable).
Prepare salary slips and respond to employee payroll queries.
Maintain employee reimbursement and incentive records.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounts and payroll management (real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Understanding of income tax, GST, and labor law compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
