We are looking for a
Customer Support & Accounts Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing all customer-related inquiries and handling basic accounts-related tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle accounts-related tasks such as order entries, billing support, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both
English and Hindi
.
Ability to handle calls and communicate clearly with customers.
Basic knowledge of accounts and record-keeping is a plus.
