Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee end-to-end AR and AP processes, including invoice posting in SAP, payment clearing, bank-based supplier and employee payments, and proactive follow-up on outstanding receivables. GST Compliance & Reconciliation: Review, reconcile, and validate GST data against SAP records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure statutory compliance. Month-End & Year-End Closings: Manage accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and provide audit support during monthly and annual closing cycles. Banking & Transaction Management: Monitor payment workflows and ensure accurate and timely recording of all banking transactions in SAP. Administrative & Regulatory Support: Provide general administrative support to the branch, including MCA filings, customs documentation, and coordination of routine office-related tasks.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager Asia (based in our HQ in Belgium).

Qualifications

Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Commerce More than 6 years of experience in a general finance function with end-to-end process exposure in finance High accuracy level and discrete Friendly, communicative and customer-focused Team player Good organizational skills & problem-solving skills Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment Stress-resistant and flexible mindset Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
