Accountant II (Remote)

As an Accountant II, you will prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, and conduct necessary account analysis and research. You will prepare balance sheet reconciliations accurately and promptly. You will arrange journal entries to record inter-company charges, depreciation, and amortization, and bills / reconciles inter-company accounts monthly and corrects variances.

As an Accountant II, you will



Support the Accounting department with budgeting targets and identifying areas to increase EBITDA Assist with guiding accounting junior staff and specialists Ensure the month-end checklist items are processed in a timely and accurate manner Complete timely, clear, and accurate account reconciliations Assist with the review of AP Vendor Maintenance and contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process Provide ad hoc research and reporting to/for Supervisors, Managers, Director, and regional finance

About you



You have a college degree in accounting, with a finance speciality preferred (or equivalent experience) You have several years of experience in general accounting Proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Excel) is required Public accounting experience Proficiency in SAP and Excel preferred
