Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

What your background should look like:


Processing invoices in SAP.
Trade payable, Intercompany and Employee reimbursement.
Releasing the payment as per due date
Preparing the payment batch on weekly bases
Maintaining the BOE Tracker.
Maintaining an Advance payment tracker
Maintaining Duty Drawback Register and Reconciliation.
Vendor Reconciliation - Coordinating with Vendors and clearing aged invoices.
Bank entries and Reconciliation
Working on GRIR (Goods Received Against Invoice Raised).
Handling vendor queries.
Calculate Depreciation and Prepaid expenses
Prepare documents for Bank regularization (Export)
Prepare data for audit purpose.
Account closing Monthly basis.
