About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Accountant & HR Executive

to support both finance and people operations in our hospital. This role suits someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You Will Do Accounts & Finance

Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Handle billing, payments, receipts, vendor coordination, and cash flow. Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and monthly closures. Prepare MIS reports and assist with budgeting & cost control. Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS) and support internal/external audits.

Human Resources

Manage recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions. Maintain attendance, leaves, and process monthly payroll. Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records. Support HR compliance (ESI, PF, labour norms). Coordinate duty rosters and staff schedules.

What We're Looking For

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
