Job Description

Financial Records Management:

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

Bookkeeping:

Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.

Tax Preparation:

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Financial Reporting:

Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process payments, invoices, and manage outstanding balances.

Auditing:

Ensure internal financial controls are followed and assist in audits.

Payroll Management:

Calculate employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Bank Reconciliation:

Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

Attention to Detail:

Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance.

Communication Skills:

Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial staff.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
