The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, maintaining financial records, and supporting smooth financial operations of the preschool.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of fees, receipts, and expenses
Handle invoicing, fee follow-ups, and parent account queries
Manage petty cash and bank transactions
Assist in payroll processing and vendor payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounts or finance (school experience preferred)
Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software and MS Excel
Good organizational and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
