Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and a solid background in the manufacturing sector. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with accuracy and maintaining complete financial discipline within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1.? ?Manage daily accounting tasks, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

2.? ?Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

3.? ?Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

4.? ?Manage GST returns, TDS calculations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

5.? ?Coordinate with internal departments for inventory tracking, material records, and production-related financial documentation.

6.? ?Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and payment records.

7.? ?Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash management.

8.? ?Assist in internal and external audits by preparing accurate financial data.

9.? ?Support management in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.

10.? ?Use Tally efficiently for all accounting functions, reporting, and data management.

Requirements:

1.? ?Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting.

2.? ?Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing company.

3.? ?Strong proficiency in Tally ERP software.

4.? ?Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

5.? ?Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

6.? ?Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
