The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of Design Artec . This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a creative environment. Key Responsibilities: Vendor and Supplier Payment Management: ₹ Process and track vendor payments, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance in the Vendor Payment Ledger. ? Verify and crosscheck supplier payments against purchase ? Conduct weekly supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Invoice and Tax Management: ₹ Manage and review sale bills, tax invoices, and perform invoices. ? Update and maintain GST Sheets, including B2B, B2C, and other GST-related records. ? If GST input Not Received then call to party. Financial Documentation and Record Keeping: ₹ Maintain accurate records of all payments and financial transactions in cash books and ledger books. ? Ensure all payment documentation is signed and properly filed. ? Regularly update and review financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communication and Verification: ₹ Purchase PO verify & Crosscheck by Photo, Video call & Site visit as necessary for communication & verification with suppliers and vendors. ? Verify and finalize all vendor and supplier payments. Additional Duties: ₹ All payment sign voucher File and Maintain ledger. ? Perform extra tasks as approved and assigned by management. ? Maintain Petty Cash and cashbook. ? BOQ Update ? And some duties as TDS, ESI, EPF, Client Agreement and Payment Reminder. Job Title :
