Job Description

We are hiring a

full-time Accountant

who is well-versed in

Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally ERP

, and other accounting software. This is a hands-on role that demands accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile financial records using

Zoho Books

and

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings monthly/quarterly Generate and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes Manage payment gateways and banking transactions (Razorpay, PayPal, Bank Transfers) Track accounts payable and receivable, follow up on overdue invoices Maintain vendor and client ledgers with supporting documentation Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and contractor payments Create monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reports, and MIS Support financial audits, statutory audits, and ROC-related documentation Handle multi-entity bookkeeping across SELIN, GWME, Skoodos Ventures, etc.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in

Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense

Strong command over

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Working knowledge of

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Sound understanding of

Indian accounting standards

GST

,

TDS

, and

Company Act compliance

Ability to prepare and review financial statements independently

Preferred Skills

Experience managing accounts for a startup or multi-entity business Familiarity with Zoho Payroll or RazorpayX payroll Basic knowledge of foreign transactions and currency conversions Exposure to MCA, ROC filings, and audit documentation prep

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance CA Inter / M.Com / Tally Certified or Zoho Certified (preferred)
