Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support business decision-making with accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and modern accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).

Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho or other accounting software.

Handle GST filing, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support payroll processing and maintain employee-related financial records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and local laws.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.

Generate MIS reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP,Zoho, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws applicable in India.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
