Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate toll collections, project cost accounting, and financial reporting for toll-based construction projects. Ensures financial compliance, prepares reports, and supports audits related to toll revenue and project expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

Toll Revenue Accounting:

Monitor, record, and reconcile daily toll collections from toll booths. Verify toll receipts against system reports and bank deposits. Ensure accuracy in toll collection systems (ETC/manual) and coordinate with toll operators for discrepancies. Manage toll operator agreements and track revenue sharing or concession arrangements.
Project Costing & Accounting:

Maintain project-wise cost tracking including materials, labor, subcontractor billing, and equipment. Process and record payments related to toll infrastructure development and operations. Monitor budget utilization and flag overruns to the Finance Manager. Support project billing to government/clients in PPP or BOT projects.
Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to toll operations. Assist in internal and external audits of toll projects. Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and concessionaire requirements. Maintain accurate books of accounts as per accounting standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in toll or infrastructure projects. Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems). Knowledge of toll collection systems and project accounting practices.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Knowledge of BOT/DBFOT/PPP models (preferred) Understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines MS Excel and report writing skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
