Accountant - Mining Operations (Namibia)

Accountant

to manage financial records and support day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all

accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting

activities. Manage

accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations

. Prepare

monthly and annual financial statements

in compliance with company and statutory requirements. Support budgeting, cost tracking, and project expenditure control. Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities for compliance and filings. Maintain accurate records for mining operations and procurement. Ensure adherence to company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

. High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational ability. Minimum

3-4 years' experience

, preferably in

mining, construction, or industrial operations

. Strong understanding of

financial regulations and tax compliance in Namibia

. Proficiency in

accounting software

(e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar).

Fluent in English

with

excellent communication and reporting skills

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hospet, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
