Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights, Haridwar

to manage daily financial operations and records.

Company Description:

Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights, Haridwar is a 4 Star Luxury hotel comprising of 58 rooms with four star standards, strategically located on the national highway 58 connecting the state capital Dehradun with Delhi. It is close to the railway station (1.5Km) and the city bus stand (1 km), Har ki Pauri (3KM) and SIDCUL (10km) with transport easily available to and from the hotel.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Haridwar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Other duties include reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, managing invoices, processing payroll, and assisting with audits as required. The Accountant will collaborate closely with the finance and management teams to ensure the financial health of the organisation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5 years of experience (hotel industry experience is a plus) Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting and account reconciliation Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements Attention to detail, accuracy in financial data management, and analytical skills Effective communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent are an advantage
