Key Responsibilities:
Daily updation of cash and bank entries
Tally data entry and maintenance of financial records
GST reconciliation and GSTR 2B verification with purchase
Preparation of day book, vouchers, and petty cash records
Recording and managing monthly purchase entries
Tracking and verifying supervisor expenses
TDS calculation and monthly TDS filing
Salary calculation and preparation
E-invoicing and daily payments through online banking
Make reports like:
Rearranged / Managerial Profit & Loss Statement
Monthly Balance Sheet Summary
Cash Flow Statement (Weekly / Monthly)
Receivables Aging Report (Customer-wise)
Payables Aging Report (Vendor-wise)
Project / Division-wise Profitability Report
Forecast & Cash Flow Projection Report
Loan & Interest Obligation Tracker
Tax Liability Summary Report
Working Capital Position Report
Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Summary
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting with good knowledge of Tally ERP
Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to manage time and meet monthly deadlines
