Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting, GST/e-invoicing, reconciliations, vendor payments, and statutory compliance. This role will ensure financial accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth coordination with our CA and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, COD remittances). Handle GST, TDS, and e-invoice compliance; prepare monthly returns. Manage bank reconciliations, vendor/creditor aging, and recoveries. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet summaries, and cash flow statements. Support payroll processing and statutory payments. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.

Requirements

1-5 years' experience in accounting and compliance Proficiency in TallyPrime and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-invoicing processes. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
