Maintaining Financial Records:

This includes tasks like bookkeeping, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing the general ledger.

Preparing Financial Statements:

Accountants create essential financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Financial Analysis:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Accountants help create and manage budgets, and forecast future financial performance.

Tax Preparation and Compliance:

They prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Auditing:
