Anantara Atelier is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company's overall financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation basics, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations
Maintain expense tracking and cost records for projects
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable)
Coordinate with CA for audits and financial filings
Maintain salary records and basic payroll support
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
1-3 years of experience in accounting or similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Good understanding of taxation basics and compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling project-based accounts
Good communication and coordination skills
