Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and maintain

complex Excel spreadsheets

for MIS and reporting. Develop

dynamic dashboards

using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and slicers. Perform

data cleaning, validation, and consolidation

from multiple sources. Use

advanced formulas

such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, nested IF, TEXT, DATE functions. Automate repetitive tasks using

Macros and VBA

(if applicable). Generate daily, weekly, and monthly

performance reports

. Support management with

data-driven insights

and trend analysis. Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for data requirements and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel (Advanced Level)

. Hands-on experience with: Pivot Tables & Charts Power Query / Power Pivot (preferred) Macros & VBA (added advantage) Conditional Formatting & Data Validation Knowledge of

MIS reporting & dashboard creation

. Basic understanding of

data analysis & visualization

. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage large datasets.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce / Science / Management / IT or equivalent. Certification in

Advance Excel / Data Analysis

is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

HR MIS, Finance MIS, Sales MIS, or Operations MIS

. Familiarity with

Power BI / Google S

Pay: ₹9,563.41 - ₹44,851.41 per month
