Job Summary
The Accountant at
Mirrikh Group of Companies
will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting across multiple group entities. The role requires strong control over books of accounts, coordination with auditors, and compliance with Indian tax and corporate laws.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple group companies
Record day-to-day transactions in accounting software (Tally / ERP)
Handle journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliations
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation
2. Financial Reporting & Controls
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in MIS reporting for management decision-making
Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls
Support budgeting and cash flow management
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, audits)
Manage TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory deductions
Coordinate with consultants for tax filings and assessments
Ensure timely statutory payments and filings
4. Audit & Regulatory Coordination
Assist in statutory, tax, internal, and GST audits
Coordinate with auditors and provide required records
Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements
Maintain statutory registers and supporting documents
5. Banking & Treasury Operations
Manage bank accounts, reconciliations, and transactions
Handle payments, receipts, and fund transfers
Coordinate with banks for loans, overdrafts, and documentation
Monitor cash flow and payment schedules
6. Inter-Company & Project Accounting
Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations
Maintain project-wise accounting for real estate and infrastructure projects
Track expenses, revenues, and cost allocations per project
Support RERA-related financial requirements (if applicable)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation
Experience in group companies / real estate / construction preferred
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
Strong coordination and communication skills
Educational Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com
CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax essential
