Role Overview

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and reliable Accountant

to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial reporting for our interior design and execution projects. The role is crucial in ensuring cost control, statutory compliance, and accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts on Tallyor similar accounting software. Record all sales, purchase, expense, and bank transactions accurately. Handle

GST compliance

- invoicing, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation. Manage

TDS compliance

- deductions, payments, and returns. Track project-wise costing, expenses, and profitability. Coordinate with vendors for bills, payments, and reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up on client payments. Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and expense control. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and CA coordination. Maintain proper documentation for invoices, contracts, and payments. Ensure compliance with company, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 2-5 years of accounting experience (interior, construction, or real estate preferred). Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and basic income tax provisions

. Proficiency in

Tally / Excel

. Experience in project-based accounting is an advantage. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
