Job Description

- Prepare and issue fees receipts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Maintain fees receipt book/register, tracking receipt numbers and amounts

- Ensure compliance with FRC requirements, including sequential receipt numbering and record-keeping

- Provide fees receipts to students/parents and maintain duplicate copies for school records

- Reconcile fees collection with bank statements and accounting records

- Assist in fees collection follow-up and reporting

- Collaborate with admin department to ensure accurate and timely fees receipt issuance

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial records.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

- Prepare and manage budgets, financial statements, and reports

- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and invoices

- Process and reconcile transactions, including payroll, fees, and other receipts

- Maintain fixed asset register and conduct periodic audits

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and income tax

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support school management decisions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
