Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
2. Payroll & Employee Records
Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
Maintain attendance records for salary processing.
Handle statutory deductions like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, etc.
3. Billing & Fee Management (For School)
Manage student fee collection and issue receipts.
Maintain fee ledger, outstanding records, and follow-up for dues.
Coordinate with parents/students regarding fee queries.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare documents for audits (internal & external).
Maintain organized records of all financial data.
5. Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Generate financial statements as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
Proven experience as an Accountant (school experience preferred).
Knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
