Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and bank statements. Prepare and verify financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports. Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and documentation. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budget tracking. Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reports. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Coordinate with CA for required tasks as and when required
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related field in construction companies Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TALLY. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
