Role Overview

The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of Tally ERP and a working understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions applicable to contractors.

Key Responsibilities

:

Handling

purchase, sales, bank, and voucher entries

in Tally ERP. Preparation of Financial Statements Preparing and managing

GSTR 3B/1/2A reports

across

multiple GST numbers for different states

. Ensuring compliance with GST regulations for all states.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

Educational Qualification

: B.Com graduate.

Experience

: 1-3 years (preferably in government contractor accounting).

Skills

:
Proficiency in Tally ERP.
Detailed understanding of GST reports and compliance (prior experience in GST filing is not required).
