Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day

accounts operations

using

Tally ERP

(mandatory skill). Handle

purchase activities

, including vendor coordination, quotations, and order processing. Oversee

store management

, including inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and material issuance. Support

finance-related tasks

such as billing, payments, and expense monitoring. Maintain accurate records and documentation for accounts, purchases, and store activities. Prepare periodic reports for management on accounts, purchases, and stock status. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills



Proficiency in

Tally ERP

(must-have). Strong knowledge of

accounts, purchase, store, and finance operations

. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce (B. Com)

,

Business Administration

, or related field. Diploma in

Accounting/Finance

with Tally certification (preferred). 2-3 years of relevant experience in

accounts, purchase, and store management

.
