: Accountant (Finalization)

Position: Accountant

Location: Katargam, Surat

Experience: Minimum 6 years to 8 years

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter or equivalent

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in . Manage accounts payable and receivable, sales and purchase accounting. Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. and coordinate with . Manage GSTR-2B reconciliation and maintain proper input tax credit records. Create and manage export and import invoices and related documentation. Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management. Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finalization process. Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and other tax compliance. Good understanding of export-import documentation and invoicing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong ethical and professional standards.
