We are seeking a
dedicated and accurate Accountant
to manage financial operations, vendor transactions, and export documentation within our jewelry division.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain
daily accounting entries
including purchases, sales, expenses, and payroll.
Manage
Tally ERP
for all accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle
GST filing, TDS, and export documentation
in coordination with auditors.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist management with budget reviews.
Verify vendor bills, process payments, and maintain accurate petty cash records.
Support annual audits and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
Collaborate with the operations team to track order-wise costing and profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
2-5 years of accounting experience -- preferably in
jewelry, diamond, or export business
.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting compliance
(GST, TDS, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under pressure.
