Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally. Record and reconcile all financial transactions. Tally supplier payments and reconcile vendor accounts. Manage staff salaries, reimbursements, and other payments on time. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist with audits. Handle TDS, GST filing, and ensure statutory compliance. Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, and expense control. Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting. Manage banking transactions, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Assist in finalization of accounts and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally ERP and general accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance. Knowledge of TDS, GST, inventory management, and MIS reporting. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (fashion/e-commerce or manufacturing industry preferred but not mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
