To assist in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance work for clients of the firm, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial and statutory services.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements, ledgers, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable/receivable management for clients.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.
Assist in advance tax computation and tax planning.
Maintain compliance records as per statutory requirements.
Audit Assistance
Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit assignments.
Collect and verify client documents and records for audit.
Draft working papers and schedules for auditors.
Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Support preparation of MIS and client-specific reports.
Client Interaction
Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up for compliance deadlines.
Education
: B.Com / M.Com
Experience
: 1-3 years in accounting/taxation/audit (Freshers with strong basics can also apply).
Skills
:
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
