We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our accounting operations and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Accounting Software. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Handle invoicing, billing, and vendor/customer reconciliations. Support inventory accounting related to furniture products. Prepare bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Assist in monthly/annual closing of accounts. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with management for preparing financial reports and MIS.
Requirements
Education BBA / B.Com (mandatory). Experience: Prior accounting experience preferred (furniture or retail industry exposure is an added advantage). Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Zoho Accounting Software is required. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation. Good communication and organizational skills
